Our Chefs offer traditional Mediterranean dishes and in particular the classic recipes of the Amalfi Coast expertly reworked to meet the taste of our international guests.

Those who opt for half-board accommodation have a wide choice for both lunch and dinner and a daily menu that varies from day to day and offers a choice between four first courses, four second courses with their respective side dishes, followed by fruit and a trolley of desserts prepared with extreme care, even in the presentation, by our Pastry Chef.

All the dishes are based on local, zero-mile products such as the famous Fior di Latte from nearby Agerola, fish from the Gulf of Salerno, local white meats and traditional Agerolina cheeses. Everything is seasoned and prepared with extra virgin olive oil “Cima di Bitonto”, an oil from Puglia famous for its lightness and authenticity.
